We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our experienced team.

- Professional Independence. We trust our therapists to use their knowledge, training, and judgment to provide individualized care.
Compensation & Benefits
- $30–$35 per 60-minute hands-on massage, based on experience and demonstrated skills.
- Current Hiring Incentive: $500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 after 90 days of employment & $250 after 180 days of employment)

Everything You Need to Do Your Best Work
We provide the tools and support that allow you to focus on your clients.
Our treatment rooms include hydraulic massage tables, linens, massage oils and lotions, hot towels, hot stones, and other professional equipment.
We also handle laundry, promote our services, and provide scheduling assistance.
You bring your skills, professionalism, and care. We’ll provide the environment and support.
Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for more than a massage license. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a professional team.
Our ideal therapist is:
- Skilled in Swedish and therapeutic massage, including appropriate deeper-pressure techniques
- Dependable, respectful, and professional
- Comfortable adapting sessions to individual client needs
- A thoughtful communicator who listens to clients
- A supportive teammate who values cooperation
- Committed to providing consistent, high-quality care
Qualifications:
- Current Arizona massage therapy license in good standing
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong hands-on skills and client communication
- Commitment to professional standards and accurate documentation
Experienced therapists are encouraged to apply. Motivated newer graduates are also welcome, and mentorship is available.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide individualized massage sessions using your professional training and judgment.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming treatment room.
- Complete accurate SOAP notes after each appointment.
- Assist with greeting and checking out clients when front desk staff are unavailable.
- Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and ownership.
