Position: Front Desk Receptionist
- Pay: $16/hour
- Job Type: Part-time Employee
- Shift & Schedule: Thurs-Sat from 9am-2pm
- Work Location: In-Person. 8128 E Florentine Rd, PV, AZ 86314
Summary: The front desk receptionist manages the front desk, ensuring excellent customer service, administrative support, and sales support.
Skill Sets and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organized with the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with scheduling systems and basic office software.
Roles & Responsibilities Include:
Reception & Customer Service: Greet customers upon arrival. Answer questions about services, facilities, and promotions.
Scheduling & Appointments: Schedule/Reschedule or cancel massage appointments.
Phone & Email Management: Answer incoming calls. Provide information about services, facilities, and promotions.
Administrative Tasks: Enter new customer information or update customer information within scheduling software. Write and mail appreciation cards.
Facility Organization & Cleanliness: Perform basic tidying up of the facility and bathrooms. Report any facility issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel. Folding of sheets and towels.
